PLYWOOD PRODUCTION PROCESS AT MQG
DRY MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Wood veneer materials are produced from Vietnamese planted forest wood: Acacia, Pine, Rubber, Eucalyptus..., bonded together with waterproof glue: Super E0, E0, E1, E2 and phenolic . Ensure product quality and aesthetics when manufacturing finished products.
HEATING PROCESS
After finishing, the veneer material will be cold pressed, then put into a hot press with high pressure. Hot pressing temperature and time are set according to product characteristics.
SANDING
After hot pressing, the wood is cooled and sanded on both sides very flat with a high-capacity barrel sander.
CREATE A COMPLETE SURFACE
After being rubbed, the wood panel will be transferred to a hot press to apply wood veneer films such as Bintago, Okume, Birch, Pine... Thus, the wood will be hot pressed a second time to create a complete surface and increase hardness.
CUTTING EDGES
The wooden panels are cut according to international standards, 1220mm wide and 2440mm long. We can cut upon request. High precision.
